Craig Baldwin is the founder and lead fitter at Auckland Bike Fit and Brisbane Bike Fit, bringing over 20 years of elite experience in cycling biomechanics, rider comfort, and performance optimisation. As a leading expert in the AU/NZ region, Craig has worked with cyclists across every discipline – road, gravel, MTB, triathlon, e-bike, and long-distance touring – and has become known for delivering world-class results that are grounded in precision and data.
What sets Craig apart is his commitment to data-driven fitting. Every decision made during a session is backed by measurable insights using high-end 3D motion capture technology, pressure analysis, and biomechanical screening. Craig is a pioneer in 3D fitting across Australasia – having adopted and refined this technology early on to offer unparalleled precision in saddle setup, cleat alignment, and full-body positioning. This cutting-edge approach removes the guesswork and ensures every adjustment is made with purpose.
